How we paint
Technology of electrostatic powder painting is of two phases:
- Preparation - degreasing is performed with using of convenient machines.
- Polymerisation and electrostatic paint application
- Paint in the powder form is spread in the
stainless steel chamber wih a spraying nozzle.
The nozzle generates negative polarity to the
particles which are attracted to the object of
positive pole.
Applied paint in powder form has to cure in the
surface at a temperature of 180-200 C for 15
minutes.
Cooling down and packaging are the last
phases of the process.
